2026 Opening Day and Pick Up Schedules
Opening Day Schedules:
June Full Term, June Two Week A Sunday, May 31
July Full Term, July Two Week A Sunday, July 5
Campers for these terms should arrive between 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Parents are welcome to bring campers for the first opening days of each month (May 31 and July 5), but we also recommend allowing your child to ride a chartered camp bus if possible. It offers your child the opportunity to plug into the camp experience with others right away, and can be helpful in regards to the psychological aspect of separation for them. We currently provide charter bus pickups from the Houston, Dallas, and Austin areas on May 31 and July 5, 2025 only. There are no buses for B terms.
Campers may also fly into the San Antonio airport on these dates to be picked up. Flights should arrive between 10 a.m.- 12 p.m.
June Two Week B Sunday, June 14
July Two Week B Sunday, July 19
Parents are welcome to bring campers for these terms between 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. There are no buses for B terms.

These terms have private closings. Parental pick up is between 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. on these dates at the cabin.
